Dino Karabetsos- Owner 

Dino Karabetsos was born and raised in Connecticut. He is a graduate of Wethersfield High School and American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts where he received his B.S. degree in International Business. After completing college in the late 80's he opened Elaine's Restauraunt in 1992, where he has been working ever since. His parents have been in the restaurant business since 1959. Dino Karabetsos resides in Glastonbury with his wife Joanne and their two sons Michael and Theodore.

Joe Almeida- Chef

Joe Almeida was born in Portugal and has always had a passion for cooking. Joe has been the Chef at Elaine's for the past 4 years and enjoys the ability to be creative with delicious specialty dishes. Prior to that, he was a chef at the Sheraton for 10 years and also at the Statler Hilton in New York City.
